Complyfile is a world-class enterprise software application back by world class customer support. Although the software is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, there may be times when you just want to speak with a customer success agent. There are a number of different ways to get help with the application, many of which you will find through our Help Centre.
How you can get help from Complyfile
Help Centre
We've created a helpful knowledge base of questions and queries in our online Help Centre. You'll find a detailed step-by-step guide with pictures for every task and function you'll ever need to complete in your Complyfile.
Our Feedback Loop
The quickest way to get help is to message us through the speech bubble with a question mark icon in it, that you can see on our website, and also inside your own Complyfile. We'll get back to you directly if you're contacting us in working hours (GMT 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.), or if you message us outside working hours at Complyfile's international HQ in Ireland, we'll come back to you as soon as we're back.
On every single page of your Complyfile, you'll see the small speech bubble with a question mark inside it. Click on the question mark, and start a conversation with your Complyfile team.
And where words can't express what you feel, why not use some funky emoticons?
Although we prefer support requests to come through our Feedback Loop, we do like email as well. Simply shoot us an email with your request or questions to help@complyfile.com
Telephone
Want to talk to a human? Call +353(1)2748055. If we're not in then we're likely on the road helping other organisations like you get themselves on to their own Complyfile – so leave us a message or try one of the other methods above!
Send us a postcard!
You can even send us a hand-written letter, of preferably postcard! Ideally from somewhere nice, so that we can daydream about sandy shores and rugged mountain landscapes!
(For those Complyfilers unfamiliar with the concept of the handwritten letter, ask your parents or grandparents how people communicated pre-internet; and how people who pay special attention to the little touches in life, still do in fact send hand-written letters today).
